What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a tool, practice and process that can be described as taking control of the breath and breathing with awareness.

It has been a pillar of my own life over the past few years helping me cultivate presence, manage stress, anxiety and improve my sleep.

Breathwork was the main tool that helped me on my sobriety journey. Years of substance abuse had me out of my body. Breathwork brought me back to the body. Feeling deeply.

A personalised 6-week journey to help you maybe move from stress into a calmer, focused and present state in your day to day life.

Building simple, effective practices that support your energy, focus, and overall wellbeing.

Whether you are new to Breathwork or you have been practising for a while, I meet you where you are at, taking into account your current lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you may be facing.

The cost of this programme is 600 euros.
