What is breathwork?

Breathwork is any breathing practice where we have control & awareness of the breath. There is many different types of breathwork. Wim Hoff method, Holotropic Breathwork, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Box breathing, alternate nostril breathing. They all come back to two things. Control and awareness of the breath.

Benefits of breathwork include nervous system regulation, emotional regulation, reduced stress & anxiety, improved sleep, improved focus & clarity. The list goes on.
